3 Navigation Options to Help You Select Your Best Photos in Peakto
Option 1: Sort Your Photos by Aesthetic Score
Peakto allows you to sort your photos by the most colorful, the most aesthetic, etc. You can quickly see which images deserve 5 stars or should be added to your favorites.
- Select all sources.
- Choose the grid view.
- In the “Sort by” dropdown menu, choose to sort photos by aesthetic or color score. Don’t forget to put the highest scores at the top by using the arrow.
- Quickly tag your best photos, wherever they are, using the annotation bar in the middle.
Option 2: Utilize the Unique Panorama View in Peakto
Peakto automatically sorts your photos into categories. Browse through the various views to rediscover your images and tag your favorites.
- Select all sources.
- Choose the Panorama view.
- Click “View All” to explore more images.
- Use the annotation bar to quickly tag your images, or hover over with your mouse to add your shots to favorites.

Grid View
Grid view offers a global view of all your photos. Adjust the preview size to select the right images.
- Select the grid view.
- Use the slider at the bottom right to change the preview sizes.
- Star your photos according to your preference.
Map View
Navigate through your photos based on your travels to rediscover your favorite shots.
- Select the Map view.
- Browse your images to tag your favorites.
Timeline Filter
Know you haven’t tagged your photos from last year? With the Timeline, select the time period you’re interested in and pick out your best images.
- Select all sources and choose grid view.
- Click the “Timeline” filter to the right of the search bar.
- Use your mouse to define the time period you want to annotate. The photos corresponding to that time will automatically appear in the grid.
- You can also set the time period by specifying exact dates.
- Tag the most beautiful ones.
Instantly Create a Smart Album with Your Best Photos
Now, create a smart album in just two clicks to group these precious images:
- Click on the Smart Album icon at the bottom left.
- Choose to create an album from metadata or a custom album.
- In the standard filters, choose photos rated 5 stars (or set a more flexible rule like above 3 stars). Or select favorite images.
- Create the album, and it will automatically update whenever you tag new images.
- Right-click on the album to export it.
This way, you can easily save the album or use it to showcase the crème de la crème of your images.
