The CP+ Camera & Photo Imaging Show is back — and bigger than ever.
From February 26 to March 1, 2026, the Pacifico Yokohama Convention Center, just outside Tokyo, will once again become the global meeting point for photographers, videographers, and imaging professionals from around the world.
Often compared to what Photokina once represented for Europe, CP+ has become one of the most influential photography and imaging trade shows worldwide. Industry leaders such as Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, Panasonic, Sigma, and Hasselblad are among the major brands attending, making CP+ a key moment in the imaging calendar.
The 2026 edition — the largest CP+ ever — is expected to welcome over 50,000 visitors, and the show is increasingly known as a stage for world and Japan premieres, where manufacturers unveil new cameras, lenses, and imaging technologies. Alongside hardware launches, software developers, service providers, and creators come together to showcase the ideas shaping the future of photography and video.
Beyond the exhibition floor, CP+ is known for its vibrant atmosphere: live stage talks (some streamed online), hands-on workshops, photo exhibitions, a ZINE marketplace, and interactive experiences designed for everyone — from seasoned professionals to newcomers, families, and younger audiences. Entry to the show is free, making it one of the most accessible major photography events in the world.
CYME at CP+ — Booth 44
This year, CYME is proud to be exhibiting at CP+ and presenting Peakto, its AI-powered photo and video manager designed for photographers and videographers working with large, scattered archives, now translated and available in Japanese !
You’ll find us at Booth 44, where the team will be happy to meet you, discuss real-world workflows, and show how Peakto helps creators keep full control of their media — without cloud dependency and without forcing migration.
To make your visit even smoother, CYME has a limited number of VIP passes that allow faster entry to the show. These passes are reserved for our community and can be obtained by registering via the dedicated form.
Live Conference: Peakto in Action with Street Photographer Riki
A highlight of CYME’s presence at CP+ will be a live conference on Saturday, February 28, from 12:10 to 12:50, led by street photographer Riki Shinagawa, an active Peakto user.
Managing Years of Photos with AI — Peakto Explained by Street Photographer Riki
In this session, Riki will share how he uses Peakto to manage years of photos and videos spread across multiple drives and folders. Powered by local AI, Peakto transforms fragmented archives into a clear, searchable visual library, making it easy to rediscover past work, compare similar shots, and maintain a global view of everything created over time.
See You at CP+ 2026
Whether you’re curious about the latest gear, exploring new creative workflows, or looking for smarter ways to manage your photo and video archives, CP+ 2026 is an event not to miss — and CYME is excited to be part of it.
