fixed a problem in building the list of folders containing masters for Aperture.
the colored balloon slider could appear when launching an Aperture conversion, making the whole interface unresponsive for a long time in the case of large catalogs. The underlying validity check that caused this has been replaced by a super fast check.
The destination path is now unchanged between consecutive migrations. Previously it was updated each time the successive migration had to be located incorrectly.
DNG white balance is correctly calculated for some specific formats (DADS loss compression) that were not correctly handled.
